For early stage ventures, the Slicing Pie is the perfect place to set-up the equity framework for your company. Based on the SlicingPie model, the Slicing Pie allows you to set the rules for your company's equity and turn stakeholders into shareholders without the need for a notary.

Start by heading into Company Settings to set your company's Multipliers by clicking "Edit". These indicate how you'd like to value different equity contributions – including time, cash, IP, CAPEX, and more.

When you're finished, you can click the green checkmark and then save it down by clicking "View" in the top right of the screen.

Once you've saved your equity multipliers, head over to the Slicing Pie tab to begin adding contributions.
