The Documents section is a great place to store documents that are relevant to your equity management, including shareholder agreements, contracts, meeting notes and more.

Before you upload your document, it's important to decide if you want the document to be viewable to all Stakeholders who have access to your Documents section (Company Documents), or if you'd like to keep the document private (Personal Documents).

Note: all documents in Company Documents are removable by any Stakeholder that has access to the Documents section. If a Stakeholder deletes a document from the Company Documents on their account, it will be deleted throughout all connected accounts.

In both Company and Personal Documents, you can organize documents into folders by clicking "Create Folder" in the top right.

During meetings that are relevant to your equity stakeholders, you can use the Meeting Minutes sub-section to take notes and save them for all of your stakeholders to review.
