Import Your Financials

When setting up your Company Settings, you can toggle over to "Import" to import your Revenue and Costs. The WE.VESTR system currently supports XML Audit Files (.XAF), which are data files that your accountant or your accounting software can provide you with.

Tip💡

XML Audit Files are not openable in Excel or regular desktop software. XML files are data files, and likely only will be available via an export from your accounting software or from your Accountant. If you can, try to track this file down before your onboard.

Once you've imported your XML Audit File, your Revenue and Costs sections will automatically populate. The WE.VESTR system then automatically pulls the Revenue and Costs data into the P&L and Cash Flow sections.

Connect to Accounting Software

Users can also connect their WE.VESTR account to their accounting software for automatic updates to Revenue and Costs.

Simply navigate to Company Settings, click Connections, and then select the accounting software you'd like to connect to. You will then enter your credentials for the software you select, and the API connection will be complete.
