How to add Stakeholders to your account.

Adding Stakeholders

Anytime you want to add a new Stakeholder to your account, navigate over to the Stakeholder tab where you'll see an overview of each of your stakeholders that have been added to your account.

When you're ready to add a new Stakeholder, click "Add Stakeholder", enter their details and photo, save and close.

Customizing Stakeholder Permissions

You can customize which parts of your account Stakeholders can see, and which they cannot. When Adding a Stakeholder, you can assign them a role ("View Only" or "Admin").

Admin access should only be someone who you give permission to make changes to the data in your account (Cap Table, Financials, etc.).

If you select "View Only", you can then customize which screens the Stakeholder can view.

Note: If you give a Stakeholder permission to view the Dashboard, they will be able to see the Cap Table, Financials, and KPIs sections too.

You're now ready to invite your stakeholders to your account. You can either save the invitation for later (whenever you're ready), or you can send now. Check out the preview of the message your Stakeholder will receive below.
