Ready to add your shares to your Cap Table?

In Step 1 you fill in the information about the Funding Round in which you want to record shares.

  • Shareholders: Here you select the Shareholder(s) you want to record shares for. If you can't find the Shareholder(s) in the dropdown you first need to add them in the Stakeholder section.

  • Funding Round: We support common rounds from 'Pre-seed' to 'Series C' but you can create a custom round yourself from within the dropdown of this field.

  • Valuation and Valuation Type: If this round involves a valuation you can fill it in here. This data will be used in the next step. This field is not mandatory.

  • Date of Issue: The date of issue of these shares.

In Step 2 you fill in the information about the shares that you want to record.

  • Type of Shares: We have some common share types in our system but you can easily add custom share types by scrolling to the bottom in the dropdown of that field (see below).
